What's included in the Free tier?

The Free tier is a genuinely usable tactics board: core drawing tools (arrows, lines, shapes, markers) with undo and text, the Animation Creator, live shot maps, access to our team database with over 1,000 leagues, 3 saved plays in one folder, and full access to the community — browse, clone and publish tactics. Exports carry a small JLA watermark.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. All our paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your saved tactics and data will remain accessible even if you downgrade to the Free tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and we never store your full card details on our servers.

Question 4

Is there a difference between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every paid tier can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free: Basic is £19.99/year and Advanced is £69.99/year. Advanced also comes with a 7-day free trial on monthly billing, and you can switch plans or billing periods at any time from the in-app Store.

What happens to my tactics if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your tactics remain saved even if you downgrade. However, you may lose access to certain features. For example, if you downgrade from Advanced to Basic, you'll keep your existing save states but won't be able to create new ones beyond the Basic tier limit until you delete some or upgrade again.
