Terms & Conditions

  • About these terms. These terms govern your use of JLA Tactics Board (jlatacticsboard.com), operated by JLA Insights Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
  • Your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing other people's intellectual property, no harassment or abusive content in community areas, no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no automated scraping of other users' content.
  • Your content. You keep full ownership of everything you create or upload — tactics, animations, images, videos, and notes. By publishing or sharing content to community areas, you grant JLA Insights Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the service (for example, on community pages and shared links). You can end this licence for a piece of content by unpublishing or deleting it. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to use it.
  • Commercial use. You may use the service and the content you export from it for both personal and commercial purposes — including club analysis, coaching, published media, and social content — subject to your subscription plan's features and limits.
  • Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans (Basic and Advanced) are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. The Advanced monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial; you can cancel during the trial without being charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable; if you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at developer@jlatacticsboard.com and we will put it right.
  • Changes to plans and pricing. We may change plan features or pricing. If a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the new terms apply.
  • Our intellectual property. The service itself — the software, design, branding, and all content we provide — belongs to JLA Insights Ltd or its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using the service as intended.
  • Service availability and disclaimers. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Back up anything critical. Tactical and statistical content in the app is provided for informational purposes and we make no guarantees about its accuracy.
  • Limitation of liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud). Beyond that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, JLA Insights Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Termination. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first. If your account is closed, these terms' provisions on content licences, liability, and governing law survive.
  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will let you know through the site, the app, or by email, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given by the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
